About Us

Live Music Peoria, NFP, is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of live music in the Greater Peoria Region.

Live Music Peoria was formed in 2007 to promote and celebrate live music, performance and concert events in the city of Peoria, Illinois, and across the Greater Peoria Region.

We are a social network and grassroots umbrella group of local musicians, fans and promoters of all styles of music. We believe that music is an integral part of the community, and it all starts at the local level.

We would like to collaborate with other groups in the area who share the vision of a thriving arts community in central Illinois.

• Educate the community about musicians, bands, shows & venues
• Enhance the environment for live music in central Illinois

• Document and preserve the history of music in the Peoria area
• Support music & arts education in our schools
