YES, mister anonymous, it's true what you say. The Skabs invade Chocolate Ladyland Studio to record their new "Revenge of the Skabs" album, this Saturday, November 17, 2007.

Rumors have it that a Skabs "UstreamTV Bootleg" CD is getting passed around, and instigating brutal brawls and spilled drinks, in the Peoria underground music scene.

The unauthorized pirate CD is reported as containing about 15 songs, including "Gel", "Sweet Home Skabalama", "Stepping Stone", "Should I Stay or Should I Go?", "Bedwrecker", "Livin' in the City", "Search & Destroy", and "Don't Fear the Reaper".

A friend recently told me about Live Music Peoria and that there was a listing about my Skab T.V. show and comments and Questions that I needed to respond to.So here you go.If you want to contact me direct I'm at gabby@theskabs.com ,my website is www.theskabs.com ,our myspace is theskabsband.Now the answer to your questions;The show takes place in Peoria heights,it's a weird variety punk rock based show for weirdos ,starring my band The Skabs.We have lots of weird guests from all over.A few weeks ago we had the band Maximum Impaction from Decatur Il on with the manager of the Hustler club San Fran(who flew in to do the show).We have a band from Sweden flying in to do the show after the first of the year.We are finishing up our new album(and yes I still call them albums,because thats how long I've been putting music out,and my stuff on vinyl will always be my favorite).Skab T.V. will be hitting the road after the first of the year;doing live remotes all over the country.And yes I would love to do more fighter coverage;as many people know I am friends with several ultimate fighters and will hopefully be covering some UFC events.Now finally to whomever wrote the caution and warning about myself and The Skabs;I'm sorry I do tend to cuss alot on my show at times and it is true we have no straws,but we do occasionally have napkins.Gabby

Bill Clinton and George Bush Junior plot to stop the spread of Gabby's revolution: The Great Punk Rock Brotherhood, calling it a cult that encourages people to think independently and act defiantly.

Bench Runners invade the modern, highly professional, digital music laboratory and internet webcast studio, slicing somebody's face like an Easter ham, with the screaming blades of a Russian jet engine.

You NEVER can know or guess what will happen next.

It's like a surreal punk rock soap opera, with no sex and lots of beer and loud music, played perfectly and lyrics lazily read from scribbled sheets of paper.

A show about Peoria, about Pabst, and about People...SkabTV is for the wanker within, the inner loser, the slacker you really wanna be. A show that glories failures, has-beens, and never-will-bes.

A show that shuns popularity while it grovels sickeningly on filthy floors for deep-pocket corporate sponsors. A show that will anger neo-metals and confuse mall punks. A show about a studio full of pregnant mannequins and red-flashing skulls.

The last few episodes of the Dada Punk Rock Soap Opera, based on the Gabby Skab GREAT PUNK ROCK BROTHERHOOD Revolution, have had signal coil spooks and digital gremlin problems, causing episodes of the show to break into fragmented slivers, reminiscient of shattered teardrops from Neo-Aphrodite's third eye.
