The Peoria Park District and local volunteer committee members are proud to welcome back our latest cultural music festival on the Riverfront! Fiesta en el Rio returns in 2008 - now as a 2-day event! Fiesta features authentic Latin American food and drink, a children’s area, local musicians, and a traveling mariachi band. To top it off, we are proud to welcome back an old Riverfront favorite to headline both nights, Banda Rika - a Latin band with a powerful, versatile and highly entertaining dance show. Their music consists of Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia and Bachata. Don’t miss the return of this newly expanded cultural celebration!
