Music, food and fun for the whole family!
Celebrate Peoria’s musical heritage and pay tribute to the legacy of Dan Fogelberg with food, drinks, activities and live music. There will be plenty of great food and a beer garden, along with booths for local non-profit groups and Dan Fogelberg memorabilia on display.
Bring your lawn chairs and blankets! No outside food or drink.
Children’s activities provided by the Junior League of Peoria will begin when the doors open at 2pm. At 3pm, Disney artist Ralph’s World will perform. Ralph will be available after his set to sign autographs.
At 5pm, Lollester Rocket will take the stage, and the beer garden will open. At 6:15, the Peoria Acoustic All Stars will pay tribute to Dan Fogelberg with a set of favorites. Headlining act John Sebastian will take the stage at 8pm.
Proceeds will go to support the Cancer Center for Healthy Living in memory of Dan Fogelberg and his fight with prostate cancer.

John Sebastian
Rock n’ Roll Hall of Famer John Sebastian is one of America’s most treasured singer / songwriters. In the mid-‘60s, his band The Lovin’ Spoonful had hits such as “Do You Believe in Magic?”, “Summer in the City” and “Nashville Cats.” More info at www.johnbsebastian.com.

I remember when I first saw Dan. It was at Glen Oak. That was the night he got the best new recording artist. His Mom and Dad (Leader of the Band) were in the audience.

I would have never known a place called Peoria even existed had it not been for the birthplace of a genius - Dan Fogelberg - Thank you for honoring this terrific musician and song-writer! What a legacy! Hopefully, there will always be tributes in Peoria to honor this amazing genius!
